The hotel is close to kovallam, but there is no help desk, no attendant, no service all together inside the hotel.

Not suggested for future tourist, no nearby market or hotel. Better to go for dharmashala instead of this hotel

The rooms of the hotel should be spacious enough to accommodate the guests and their luggage properly, it should not only be spacious but comfortable with all the necessities.

Our vehicle could not go to the Hotel as the passage was very narrow to take the bus there

Compared to price its very good. Little bit inside from Kovalam beach. Clean room, Silent, and delivered all the facilities what they offer. Don’t follow the route from Google map, follow the location from Make My Trip because its the correct location

Rooms are clean and location is also good. Rooms service is also fantastic. I will recommend strongly this hotel to everyone who stays near Kovalam beach. You should stay in this hotel it's worth of your every single dime.

Not recommend if you are staying with family. Took a long time to find the place absolutely no sign boards. The contact given is owners number.. But the person does not know even his adjacent property.. There is one to take care.. Who is just helpless.. As I checked in there was one other expressing his concerns with no resolution... No food here unless it's included in room plan.. Which also did not seem up to mark as the same guest whom I had meet voicing his concerns in the morning was screaming.

The room is value for money. But facilities like TV is not there. TV is there but no channels subscribed. The biggest problem is that the curtains are not completely sealing the view but ok. Just make sure the curtains are completely sealing the view when changing dress or something.

Average hotel. No customer service. Old man is waste for the job, he just for sleeping. No body is there in front office. Bathroom cleanliness bus average. Totally somewhat disappointed. 2. 5 is my rating

Rooms are clean and staff behaviour was good. Power back up was available. There is no restaurant service at the hotel and there is no one nearby as well. I will be good if a restaurant is opened along with the hotel itself.

I came this hotel at first time, its very good and keep clean. And their service is good. I really enjoy this hotel at the moment and the location of hotel is very nice perfect place it keep silent its amazing

Hotel does not have any food facility in it and even not nearby. Bed mattresses is not good to sleep well. My room was on ground floor there was insects wondering on floor n walls. My family was afraid. Plz improve the quality of rooms and hospitality. I was in loss.

The manager is the sole staff in the hotel and after your stay you would wish even he wasn't there. The manager has some profound grudge against North Indians and refuses to cooperate. He did not provide any support whatsoever. He even admitted that he did not cooperate with us on purpose only because we were North Indians. When asked for a bill he said that we had accused him of being a robber and that all North Indians were a nuisance. He has his quarters in front of the rooms and plays Malayalam songs all through the night at full volume. Besides, the way to the hotel was blocked due to construction and we had to park our car elsewhere. The manager completely refused to help with the luggage. All in all, the hotel is a big no, especially for any North Indian.
