This is for your information, your receptionist/ person over call is very rude and doesn't know how to serve the service industry.
I had a stay on 17 July 25 at DS Clarks Inn Gurugram. after check in I simply asked for another bottled water, as only two half litre bottles were available, which was very minimal for two peple for whole night. The person has rudely refused in a way stating 'itni hi rakhi jaati hai, aapko kya 10 12 bottle de den' . On confronting this kind of language, he again came up with different gestures of complete rudeness, stating 'refund toh nahi hoga , kya hum aapke ke liye apna nuksaan karayenge, aapko jyada baat karni hai toh MMT se baat karlo.. hum toh paise refund nahi karenge'
For your info, washroom had many strangled hair all over the floor which we have also confronted to reception and he said 'Mam isme kya hua thoda sa hi toh hai'
If this how Clarks Inn chain is running, I am sorry .. will never be a part of stay again in future.
