Rooms are neat and clean. Location is superb. Each tourist spot is easily accessible. This is just on side of dal lake. Food is tasty. Breakfast is ok. Room service is prompt. Mr azad is really helpful

Hotel location is good .near to dal lake…rooms are big and clean …we could have meals so cannot comment there

We stayed in jun e 2023 we had a trip of 7 days in kasmir, and in all the 4 different hotels that we stayed, this was the best the staff is friendly and professional. Hotel has very good view, just infront of dal lake proper parking facility very spacious rooms interiors of hotel are awesome food is tasty good wifi only one con- frequent power cuts were there when we stayed

The location of hotel duke is just beside the dal lake and our room was lake facing so that gave a panoramic view of the lake. Room service is excellent and staff is really courteous. Food quality is otherwise good but can be little less spicy. The hotel arranged vehicle for our sightseeing trips also. Overall excellent services and we had a memorable and happy stay. It's a safe hotel for family visit.

In front of Dal lake and market place. Happening place. Shankaracharya madndir, Nehru garden, Nishat baug are place of interest and within reach. Good places for food and shopping at walking distance. Close to market place still peaceful. Staff and management are nice.

We had wonderful stay at Duke Hotel, Srinagar. Service was excellent. Ambience and location is awesome. We liked the food very much. The staff were helpful, cordial and nice. I would like to stay in this hotel next year again.

Hotel location is excellent, hotel staff are very good and cooperative. dinner was excellent. the only problem was breakfast with limited choice. i suggest the management to look into it. overall it was excellent.

Pros view of dal lake reasonably priced food cons the bed was cricking sound, even when my 7 year old turned over the majority of power outlets were not working. Electric blanket on one side of bed was not working electric blanket in one room was given after asking for it multiple times the shower head was not working, we managed with bucket and mug the fitted carpet in the floor was dirty staff was not well behaved

Very much hospitable, very nice and friendly staff. The hotel gives a nice view of the lake, you can enjoy the colorful view of dal lake at night. Also the staff is very cooperative and helpful.

The location of the hotel is near dal lake ghat no 13. Service was excellent. Room was a bit small and the bed was also not sufficient for 3 persons. Extra bed provided by the hotel without any extra charge. Breakfast was very good.
