The rooms are not upto the standards as their price, i booked for 2 deluxe rooms, one of which was stinking very bad due to some toilet leak, consequently, i changed my room and they gave me a normal regular room, the washrooms were not clean, no hot water to bath, my family got red marks all over their body because of unhygienic blanket and bedsheets. The location was also very far from most of the destinations. I’ll ask make my trip to refund my money. I’ll keep everyone posted.

Extremely poor service, totally not worth

Booked it for my parents and aunt, they had to change room 3 times because either the geyser was not working or they did not have enough beds or the bathroom did not have a latch. The service was very poor, the manager was nowhere to be seen. I would've loved to attach pictures for reference but my parents weren't able to capture them.
