Cool place to stay at. Supportive and good staff, nice food and quick service. The Hotel is in prime locality. It's clean and is well maintained.

Location and view is the best.
Staff was very very polite and always smiling and so helpful. And the best thing is that they have restaurant in the hotel itself is so handy specifically when you are tired with all the tracking and when it's cold outside. Though they have room service too. The only negative point is that they don't have lift.

The hotel facilities are good its value for money most important role of the property is the location I. E. Nearby market, bus & taxi stand etc. Nice view in the heart of the city. Market and Shrine board ticketing, all in easy access. And everything is at walking distance, easy access to all major restaurants etc.

Good experience. Rooms are clean and well furnished along with facilities. This is our first trip as a couple and we enjoyed a lot. Hotel is just in front of parchi counter and very near by main market. This market is also very cheap, you can purchase akhrot, dry apple, kaju in affordable amount.

Very nice rooms, with 24 hour hot water. Restaurant right below .. Perfect location for Vaisno Devi darshan .. Very good location for trips to other places as well. Auto stand right in front and yatri parchi counter also right in front of the hotel

Nice room. Convenient location, market, taxi stand, Yatra registration counter and everything is very nearby. You don't have to walk very far for food when you come back from yatra. Only drawback is their is no lift in hotel.

Thanks makemytrip. One should stay at Durga Hotel, best hotel and it is in front of yatra booking counter. Every travel desk is outside of hotel. Market is also at walking distance. Food people are fantastic. I finish my yatra in the morning 8 o'clock and my room time is 12 o'clock.

I really love this hotel because it's provide excellent hospitality, best accommodation, located near market and bus stand. All staff member are so cooperative. This hotel is situated at year yatra.
