The hotel rooms are neat and clean. They are well maintained. Hotel staff is also very cooperative. Only the access road to the hotel was not that great. However, the stay experience would compensate that part. Overall, very nice stay

Service is good, only issue for location, location is little bit away from city or railway station, and auto o la solve your problem, room and service is good and staff also good. Overall experience is good. Thanks to all the staff.

Rooms are quite comfy and value for money! service is good and food is delivered to room and the limited breakfast items are tasty and portions are large too. Special mention of guy at front office jabber who is literally the man friday of the hotel and goes out of his way to help guests. Location is off the main road and in a quiet residential area

I had booked the room for 2 days but due to last minute change i had stayed 1. 5 days. And the most beautiful thing was, i had to check out at 11:00 am and my train at 2:30 pm. So, i asked the manager to extend my stay with some charges, he understood my situation and informed me that you can stay for free no more charges required. That is really good customer service. I am really happy with the room and also with staff, they are really polite. Since, i have my wife with me, it felt really good with safesticated behaviour of staff. Kudos! to manager. One more thing i would like to mention. When i was checking out to catch my train, staff also provide free mineral water because they it will be useful for my travelling. Really awesome experience. Also please order tea when visit to this hotel, it was one of the best tea i have tasted so far. If you visit sambhaji nagar (aurangabad, i request to to please stay at this hotel only. They had also arrange cab service at good rates.

I stayed with my family in hotel dwarka grand for 3 nights. The hotel is new, so rooms and all appliances work properly. The housekeeping staff is very cooperative, and service is quick. The hotel arranges for taxi/cab services that you can avail for sightseeing. You can order breakfast/ tea in the room. The hotel does not have a restaurant in its premises, but there is a very good punjabi restaurant right across the street. Further, the same hotel chain has a restaurant from which you can order food within 30 minutes. Hotel has a whatsapp number on which you can communicate about schedule, cab and other amenities even before reaching sambhaji nagar. We had a wonderful stay in the hotel and recommend it for budget friendly stay for families.
