Review for Hotel Dynasty (Stay: 28th to 30th October 2025) The hotel enjoys a very prime location, which is definitely a plus point. However, the overall facilities were not up to the mark. The TV in my room was completely non-functional, and despite repeated complaints, it wasn’t repaired until my checkout. The mattress was also quite old and uncomfortable, making the stay less pleasant. Overall, the property seems to need a complete transformation in terms of comfort and maintenance.

Poor Experience
Had a terrible experience with the Hotel. Extremely poor hygiene. Bad room condition. You will keep getting the smell of dust and smoke in the room and throughout the corridor. The blanket was full of lints. The room floor has carpet which is filled with dust and stains. Spa services, Bakery services and Food are all mentioned as available but none of them are. Kept calling their extensions with no response. Food is mentioned as anytime available but they don't have anything that is on the menu. When asked for Cold coffee they are offering Hot coffee as alternate. Asked Pizza again was offered an alternative. Basically nothing is available in the restaurant. Breakfast is decent and the only part that we didn't have issues with. Overall not recommended at all.

The hotel is very nice very beautiful the rooms are well cleaned and the staff behaviour is very good one thing that I don't like which tha service of restaurant palm I ordered a coffee and they take 1 hour time for a cup of coffee but I expect that they will improve this overall this the best hotel in this budget

It was an overall nice experience staying in this heritage hotel. Although it is located in the busy Fancy Bazaar area but the staff was very friendly and cordial making our stay a memorable one.

Centrally located with excellent reception
Location is central but a but problematic due to traffic jams as it is in the heart of Guwahati wholesale market. Food and amenities are ok, reception and service is excellent on account of the well trained and well groomed staff.

Very smelly rooms
Hotel looks kind of old, size of room was really small compared to the price. Thermostat was broken, carpet was dirty, there were so many insects, and the whole room was smelling so bad because of humidity. I got really bad headache because of that smell. The whole room was infested with fungus. The only good part was the helping staff, they were really sweet and nice. Will definitely not go there again, ever. Not recommended.

Terrible Stay
the property is good but the service is terrible. the staff was literally taking 45 minutes to deliver ketchup. the food was decent but the slow service made things terrible. on top of it every time I complained I was told that this is due to staff shortages. a downright disgusting experience that marred a family trip.

NOT a 4 Star
soloThis is a not a 4 star property by any means its rather a budget 2 or 3 star property. The only thing decent is the room size and the cleanliness. Everything else is below expectations or simply nom existent. For starters : reception called me every day saying that my check out date has arrived when I was booked for longer - simply ignorant or untrained. The hotel literature states 24/7 dining and room service while they said their kitchen is closed at 9 pm. Minibar is empty so considering the area shuts down at 9 and there is no room service you need to starve it out. Toiletries are pathetic one tiny bottle each of shampoo and soap that they don’t replenish. No bathroom slippers. No safe. The bar is like a medieval cave. NOBODY smiles or acknowledges a please or thank you- raw untrained staff. The super limited dining menu has even limited items to order.
