Food was good, service was also good. Location of property is easy accessible.

no lift facility available. rooms are old. AC doesn't colling ... parking facility is available

The room was a bit small but well maintained and all usual facilities provided including morning News Paper.From A TO Z all staff from Security Guard,cleaner, restaurant stewards, managers in the reception were polite & helpful. Chief manager was a gentle man & cordial. Food was very tasty and service was prompt . The Hotel was having major renovation including fitting a Lift. After make over this place will be even better and nice place to enjoy in Hadia.

The hotel is good and other facilities also good, however during the breakfast feel the delay due to short of manpower in restaurants.

Good for a business travel. Decent and well behaved staff. The building requires a renovation. Looks like too old. Their Restaurant is a good choice when your are in Haldia.

Location is good, staff's are good and helpful only drawback is equipment need to upgrade like -tv is not working properly, electric geyser is not working. Food is ok but very expressive not match with hotel status, chegres like 5star hotel.

Room is not maintained. Washroom nob are rusted. Wall is cracked. Painting is needed. The picture shown of hotel is not actual.

The rooms are neat and clean and properly cleaned everyday. Staff behaviour is good and helpful. But i had one regret that after the number of requests they haven't recharged the cable connection and i am not able to watch tv.
