Hotel Ekaant in Chail is an absolutely wonderful property If you don't want to spend a lot of money in your hotel stay. Views from the rooms are just Awesome. Hospitality from Nikhil the caretaker is top notch with a never say No attitude. There is a resort also and they allow you to use the Garden area with awesome views and music the whole vibe is ❤️ Food is good Rooms were clean it gives you a very cozy Vibe as it's a small property so it feels like home away from home. I Will give it a 10/10. if you are looking for a peaceful place to relax far away from Hustle & Bustle from city life then this is a perfect place.

The location of the property is its prime point. It is by road side, easy to access. It’s equally accessible to central market, Chail palace and Kali Tiba temple. The breakfast is good. The room is clean. The bathrooms have some technical issues. The room service is very good.

Food is good. The location is also beautiful. Services are a little bit slow due to the shortage of staff at the hotel.

Here’s a review you can post: Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money I visited this hotel on March 29 with my family, including my senior citizen parents, and had a very bad experience. Upon entering the room, we found the bedsheets and blankets in terrible condition and had to request a change immediately. Cleanliness was not up to standard at all. The food was just average, and the biggest issue was that it was brought from another resort. By the time it reached us, it was already cold, which completely ruined the dining experience. Service was just okay. There was only one person handling everything—reception, food, and even luggage! This is not how a properly managed hotel should operate. The property itself was also not up to expectations. Considering the amount paid, this was definitely not worth it. It’s hard-earned money, and we expected at least basic cleanliness and proper service. I would not recommend this place to others.

It was amazing view from the balcony was awesome. If the balcony area little bigger it would be awesome. Otherwise hospitality food service everything was good

Stayed here for a day. Food was good and view from the room superb. Bathroom was little conjusted and room could have more cleaner. But good stay overall

Best experience. Rooms were spacious. Market is 2km away. Services were excellent specially dinesh he helped us a lot.

The room was clean, spacious and had a gorgeous view of the valley. The service by dinesh was also extremely smooth. The staff at the hotel was very warm and welcoming. The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle, in a peaceful place and at a short distance from all the attractions. Finally, the food was quite delicious and value for money. Overall, the hotel made my stay so much better in chail!

The room is good and comfortable and the videos are great. But that’s about it. The intercom does not work and every time you need something you have to go looking for the staff. They are never at the counter. The food was okay. The place has potential to be really good if they train their staff a bit. Also, in places this remote there has to be place for drivers to stay and relax/ freshen up.

It was great to be at hotel for 3 days. Enjoyed nice hospility, scenary and food. The hotel staff was very cooperative.

From my personal experience. A really nice place at affordable price. The view from the balcony is great. The room where i stayed and also the beds were clean. The staff is also very friendly.

Beautiful view from room, pristine location ample parking space available on road, basic amenities shop of hotel is avaialble in the premises, all kinds of food available, home cooked meals experience, most importantly sat-pal ji is the most amazing, honest, dedicated towards his work, he makes the satt excellent, takes care if basic needs, always avaialble, gem of a person. Do visit, all the tourist destinations are within proximity of 3 to 6 kms, easily approachable by car etc

Mr. Sat-pal who was serving in the room was excellent, taking care of all the needs. Bathroom tap water needs to fix as water comes very slow.

Hotel room and washroom was neat and clean. Room provided to us was spacious and was having balcony with valley view. Hotel staff was very cooperative specially mr. Satpal. Overall me and my family is very much satisfied with our stay at this hotel.
