This hotel was very nice and the staff was also good as well as the parking was also in the basement under the hotel and the place was proper the lift was also clean the coffee there is very tasty my journey here in jaipur was very nice that's why i decided to visit this hotel accident-ed the hotel for 1 more day, the bathroom was also clean and the mattress of the bed was also very clean.

Still under construction with no kitchen / restaurant available for breakfast and food. Location is good but without hotel restaurant facilities it is difficult.

Good rooms but needs a lot of work in infrastructure.

Rooms should have basic amenities like a mineral water bottle and a chair to sit. Also should create a place for people who are smoking as the hallway smells of cigarette smoke.

Very cooperative staff, room service was late, zero ventilation in room, all rooms are same size, outside food zometo blinkit was 100% allowed

Hotel is not maintained properly, bedsheets, pillow and comforter covers are not clean, basic things are missing like chair, electric cattle, door bell etc

I had booked there for one day and thought that if the service of the hotel was good then i would extend it for another day also. Due to some reasons, i had to extend my second day also, on which i would have to pay the same fare from the hotel as i had paid online. It was said that gst or tax was included. When i asked the reason, the hotel staff told that because of your online booking you will have to pay only this much for the hotel service which did not seem right to me, i was forced to pay the amount as told, calling at least 5 times or personally going to the reception to get any service. Due to which i had to face a lot of trouble, to be honest, there was a smell of smoking or alcohol in the hotel which no normal person would expect, room service was also not provided on time, food was very expensive and there was a ban on bringing it from outside. Due to which one had to go out of the hotel to eat food, the hotel food was more expensive than the fare.

There was no towels in the room, no water bottles, room was very dirty request for late check out no response received, requested for upgrade no response received.

The hotel is situated at a very prime location. But the staff is pathetic especially mr. Devraj, the front office person, he don't know how to talk to the guest.

Room was not clean. Bedsheets were not clean. They did not provide towels. No dustbin. Service was bad. It was spacious enough for two people but not at all cleaned. Location is good too.

Worst experience ever had. Please don't book with advance payment as at the time of check in they make you wait for hours to provide rooms and we have complimentary breakfast but have to wait till 10 am just to get a cup of tea and small portion of poha in breakfast. Water flowing from ac and we have to put bucket under ac for water. Dust is everywhere in room except your bed. No towels provided in room.

First of all i booked 2 ac rooms but when we reached the place they said that they do not have 2 ac rooms after that they asked me to cancel the booking and then they gave me a single room without ac in which there was no hygiene, toilet seat was broken and there was no water in the tap and one more thing that they do not know how to treat their customers totally unprofessional staff. I waited at the reception for more than 1 hour just to complete the process of booking the room offline which they guys asked me to do. I would like to give a 0 rating to this morgue
