The rooms are good, well maintained but a few things need to be added like there were no toiletries provided, the phone was not working in our room. If these things are taken care of, it'll be an excellent stay.

The basic facility like hot water in bathroom does not come fast and it takes time. We had to get our room shifted due to this issue, then another basic item like shaving kit is not available at this hotel. It’s an average hotel to stay. However the staff is very nice and courteous and the restaurant food preparation is good. Nothing more to write. Though i have rated average. But still this hotel would be in my choice list during my next travel. Off-course it may not be my first choice

Not good experience even used bedsheets and pillow cover and blanket given previous passenger slept same bading even not given water bottle and demanding then attended gave use water bottle and not clean coupe
