New staff is better than previous staff, professional, stayed with my wife there, it was very good experience and would definitely recommend it as it has good restaurants and shops nearby

My wife and i had a delightful one-day stay at hotel emerald in ranchi. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The check-in process was swift and efficient, making us feel at home right away. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. We also appreciated the modern amenities provided, including the fast wi-fi and a flat-screen tv. The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to the main attractions in ranchi. Despite its central location, the room was quiet and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The on-site restaurant served a superb dinner, and the service was top-notch. The overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and inviting. This hotel was good. The staffs were active but if i will talk about food it was ok. The ambience was good. But the location where the hotel is it's okay kind of because there is no shop around it. Overall it was okay.

Room, amenities, and service all are good. However pricing can be adjusted to little lower side because there are other hotels nearby with better quality and competitive prices.

Rooms were good. Facilities were as expected. Service was good, more or less fulfilled expectations. Chage was not high. While traveling to ranchi in future i would stay at this hotel emerald and would recommend others to stay here.
