it was a good experince and good room with good ac and bathroom

We had a lovely experience staying here. It was definitely worth the cost – well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. . The room was clean, spacious. One small drawback was the parking area—it felt a bit congested, especially in the evenings, since a bar is also functioning within the hotel premises. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to keep in mind if you’re driving in.

it is actually a bar hotel and their only focus is the bar. issues we faced - ac not working. their staff couldn’t fix it. had to sleep with windows open - ⁠no tea set. says it is out of stock. - ⁠no hot water - ⁠smelly premises - ⁠poorly lit verandas

The hotel room that was initially assigned to us was not clean. It still had leftover food, plates, and wet towels. We had requested a different room and the staff was able to accommodate our request. The new room was clean but unfortunately, it still had a foul smell. On a more positive note, the breakfast was excellent, despite only having one item available on the menu when we arrived. The food itself was quite tasty. I would like to commend the staff at emerald, who were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality and service made a great impression on us.

Our stay at this hotel was so terrible. Anything bad you normally find about a hotel can be said about this place. No hot water, no proper temperature control for the ac, serves cold food ( most likely leftover food of the previous night)from the bar, no breakfast even though bf is included in the tariff etc etc. Only good this i could say good about is the hotel staff. They are nice and courteous. Room was clean.

Very polite behaviour from reception. Comfortable parking for the vehicle. Good room service. Do not recommend food from the hotel restaurant.
