All good! all the amenities mentioned are provided. Taxis and uber are available right in front of the hotel. Not far from park street.

The location is just perfect almost at the Part Street. Being a North Indian and a vegetarian, did not find a better food than Emirates’ restaurant. Good hotel, good food, reasonable price 👍🏻

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were cooperative and helpful. The hotel is in a prime location, easily accessible as it is situated on the main road. Request: please ensure the maintenance of the entrance gate. One side of the gate was not functioning, which caused inconvenience. Since my father is a heart patient and unable to walk much, our cab could not enter the hotel premises, forcing him to walk a short distance.

The location was near to the us consulate at which i had an appointment and it’s in primary location near to most common localities and visiting places in kolkata. Loved the food and room services. The staff were very welcoming and helping in nature. Thanks hotel emirates

The deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable. It was clean and doesn't smell weird. They also offered a welcome drink. We ordered Biriyani from their menu card, and it was good 👌🏼

Hotel emirates is one of the best properties to stay in kolkata that i have ever experienced. The most important and prominent part of the property is, it is very safe and clean as well the banquet in the hotel is fully satisfied with nice and yummy food. Its much good to stay in emirates. The property is located at a very convenient point. Park street, new market and other tourist places like indian museum is nearby (10-15 minutes walk. They have dining facilities and the staffs are polite. The rooms are a little bit small, but they maintain it properly. Overall the experience was really good.

The location and overall service of the hotel is top notch! one of the best stays if someone is looking for a place around new market area. Only downside for us was there's no mini fridge in the room, which as far as i remember i found on my previous stay. Hotel authority can consider this to elevate their user experience.

Good location. Food quality excellent. Staff are very professional. Room quality also good. Only thing to improve is bathroom floor tiles should be replaced with non-skid tiles.
