Breakfast has not been served till 9 am however it was mentioned that it will be started from 7 am but despite of several reminder breakfast has not been served.

staff was very supportive and very comfortable environment, cleanliness and hygienic and love to visit again

staff behaviour not good bad smell in lift area and inside lift most of thr time lift utilise by staff and client use staircase

The food was above average. The room for its price range was very good, much above average. The room felt big, with a comfortable bed and the staff was very nice

Not happy with the room services. Location is good. Breakfast was good. The bedsheets were not in good condition. We ask to replace it but the replacement was also not good. They said, every bedsheets are in same condition.

The hotel staff's service was disappointing. Food delivery to my room took over an hour, and my laundry request was mishandled. Despite confirming collection, they later claimed it wasn't possible due to the laundry person's unavailability. This lack of responsiveness and carelessness makes me hesitant to recommend this hotel for extended stays.

this is my 1st visit to lucknow. might be that's the reason the place I choose was wrong. I thought near by Malls are there so it will be good. but location is not clumsy.. property - reception and lobby was good but all other are very below average.. Some birthday party was going and they played loud till late night... breakfast- provided only 1 item with tea. and only 1 person to do all this. very pathetic... they should have avoided complimentary Breakfast... taking money

Staff are very good and their behavior is excellent. Parking is good. The best thing is 24x7 service is available

Hotel was clean with all amenities present but outside food was not allowed

I recently stayed at Hotel Emperio Grand and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Right from check-in, the staff was warm, professional, and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. were top-notch and well-maintained.

Found hotel from mmt , expect food all things are good ---- hotel refuse to give vendor invoice , share vendor invoice

Check in experience was horrible as booked my room with breakfast... first of all at the time of check in they ask me to pay early booking charges although it was 10 Am and rooms were available. Thereafter I ask for complementary breakfast but they denied and told complementary BF will be applicable next day even after telling that I will do check out same day. Bed sheets were not clean. i asked room service to change it. They changed it but new bedsheets were also dirty and looks like not washed properly as stains are clearly visible. I ordered for butter toast, nutshell horrible experience and waste of time and money. Not recommended at all. Worst front desk staff.

The hotel denied dinner and breakfast was also not served in the morning. Pathetic service and shady hotel
