Initially we're allotted room which was already in use, this raises concerns about their management and saftey of the guests. After we got our room, just upon entering it had very strong chemical presence which was cleared by opening windows and waiting for 10-15 mins. So my overall experience was bad.

hotel is very far from valsad hotel is unable to arrange cabs room service is pathetic; not even intercom in the room
