I had a wonderful stay . The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to main attractions and dining .Overall, a fantastic experience—I’d definitely stay here again!

When i checked in, they added ratings on my behalf using my mobile and then i had to change them. They don't have the right to do that. The property is very new so it's clean.

Oh really poor service this hotel was not as you shown in by you, average room than you committed without room service no room service boy came after many calls to reception, room without tv and hotel staff entered in my room without knocking, without permission, it was worse experience.

The actual hotel guys transferred and routed me over phone to another branch of hotel citing the maintenance as the reason. That too when i reached the hotel premise. The new hotel was noisy and very dirty.

The rooms and facilities of the hotel are very terrible and it is not worth the money that they are charging. Very terrible room service and room facility. The shower was leaking very badly. The food was not good and if we order food from outside then they don't provide cutlery from their kitchen. Even if you do advance booking in the hotel they will not reserve your rooms in advance and at the end moment they will shift it to their worst property. Not recommended for families and my overall experience is worst and i will not recommend it if anyone is planning for family visit.

I booked a room which was of higher price at the time of check in they provided me the room which just look like so cheap and when i asked the staf to change it and denied staaf behaviour was very rude then i talked with mmt and the helped me with another room.
