I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience during my stay. The hospitality was below expectations, as the staff seemed unresponsive and uninterested in addressing guests’ concerns. The quality of food served was very poor, lacking freshness and proper presentation. Moreover, the room was not cleaned properly; the floor and washroom were dirty, and basic amenities were missing. I had expected better standards of cleanliness and service from your property. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training, hygiene, and service improvements to provide guests with a more comfortable and pleasant stay in the future.
