Review Of Hotel Excellency

Location was very proper exactly 2 mins from railway station. The entrance road towards the hotel is also very broad and traffic less. Food and other services are very good. Entire ambience is awesome.

1. Courtesy from reception team was not up mark. 2. Communication issue from support staff - room as well restaurant order/restaurant

Food is not good, ordered chicken curry’s at dinner, they’re promised six piece chicken is in the dish. But we are found three piece is there. Stuff behaviour is not polite.

Poor lighting inside the room. The location is excellent; however, dust was noticed on the chairs and tables. The bathroom is quite small.

well behaved staff, the surroundings are very neat and clean. everything is very organised. Happy to stay 😄

Hotel was good. Ambience was awesome. Staff was friendly.

No security, no privacy, and the service is pathetic. The hotel seems to have serious issues with hygiene and overall management. The staff lacks basic manners while interacting with guests. On top of that, the rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Everything was good except wash room bad smell. It has to be cleaned properly. Except that all good.

Food ok house keeping poor No dental kit saving kit available cockroaches in bed side running other than well supported staff

They not open pool and manager is not flexi nature , hair dryer is not available in room , room view is obstructed, food quality is poor only I ordered ice cream but taste is so bad , staff nature is good
