All precautions were taken as soon as i arrived at the hotel. Room was spacious. Property is centrally located and food was excellent

Staff was wearing masks and all safety guidelines for covid were being following. Sanitization was done frequently. Safe and comfortable stay. Centrally located property with good ambience.

Hotel Infrastructure is too old. TV not working. Essential belongings like dental kit, Soap, Hair oil etc. not provided by staff. Response of Staff is very late. Food quality is good but providing less stuff in food like Salad, Vegetables etc.

The hotel delay and not commit on his words and keep delaying in offering breakfast

Used unclean washroom. Hotel extremely unprofessional staff and unhygienic room. Washroom was already used and dirty filthy towel was hanging on the door, soap was used, bathroom was dirty and toilet seat used and not flushed. When extremely rude. Neither made my refund nor gave me any complimentary incentives. Refunded my money after causing extreme inconvenience and asked me to pay back again in the morning which i did. Threatened me.
