Terrible stay at hotel expo golf link

Here's what happened with me during my stay: first of all i booked for hotel expo golf link which has a property location as bb112 but when i arrived at the hotel, hotel manager said everything is sold out and we do not have any room for you so i was like lost everything because outside temperature was 12 deg. C and additionally due to exhibition all nearby hotels were also full. So due to not having any other option i requested hotel manager but he denied straight forward and was not ready to co-operate. Still due to one person rishabh (who helped me a lot during my stay) somehow informed him that room available at cd69 another property and i got one room. Terrible photos of cd69 property are attached. Obviously room was worst than expected but at-least i got some shelter in such a cold weather. Room was having all hairs on the bed, drained wall, washroom better not to explain at all. I think room used to use for some bad uses. Somehow i managed to sleep one night obviously only half of night. Next day morning, hot water was not available, so again i had struggle for almost 1. 5hrs. Water, soap, towel nothing was available, it was really terrible. I don't understand why this hotel owner is accepting bookings when he can't manage. Next day morning rishabh changed my room to my original booking place bb112 which was quite good. Hot water was available for one day but on the next day rishabh managed hot water from another room as there was some problem of geaser. I will just say you will get whatever they prepare but it is like home made food no problem to eat. During my whole stay, i am only thankful to rishabh who tried to support me at every possible requirement. I hope looking at my review owner will take at-least some corrective actions.
