We book room for family, very good service offered by hotel personal, parking is also available. Hotel is near to road, i just simply approach the security person& he helps us to park the vehicle

The stay was good at the hotel. It was a bit mess at the time of check-in but they upgraded my room without any extra cost and the food was good and not so expensive. I'd recommend people to stay there if they're looking for budget hotel.

Location of the place is really good. Bus stand, railway station, Golden Temple everything is quite nearby. Only thing is ventilation problem. There are no windows or view

Everything was fine except the clogging of drainage in the washbasin. It must not be like that. I informed them & they mentioned they will get it cleared. Room service was good. They were providing the included lunch & dinner in room. Usually, i have not seen this in other hotel but here, it was, i haven’t taken the dinner and ordered something else, i was aware that i need to pay extra for that. They took my order and after that, called me back and mentioned that you will not get charged for the ordered items as you have not taken the included dinner. It was quite logical and good gesture to me. Thank you
