Hotel was located easily as it's name was popular in paltan bazar area. Rooms were neat but the toilet was little unclean especially the wc. Staff was supporting in nature.

Clean room with great interior, parking Place, Security, comfy stay, staff are very polite, Silent, Long Food menu with very reasonable price, Great place to relax, they also have a mini bar and restaurant, For business meets they have conference halls, they arranges one of the best marriage party in Guwahati. Comfortable stay, staff are very polite, Silent, Great place to relax.

Location is nice for communication and service also good. Food was average. Room was clean and behavior of staff is cooperative. For couple it is not any problem and location is near paltan bazar, so communication is very good.

I booked my room as double deluxe room but when I arrived at the hotel and they me as two double beds extra I thought that they will provide me two adjusted double but it's OK room was awesome and clean, bathroom was also clean. But in my room telephone doesn't work and they didn't provide me a TV remote. I informed them but they didn't take any response, room service is too bad they should improved it. That's all. Thanks.

Very Convenient location and the hotel is up to expectation for a price at such. Quite satisfied, will recommend it to fellow travelers, can improve in cleanliness, the rooms were spacious enough and good food specially availability of multi cuisine.

Though located in the heart of city and in a busy area, you feel very cosy and comfortable inside the property. All around the property you find decent lo cost restaurants where no problem for food. Enjoyed south Indian IDLY, DOSA closeby. Staff are courteous. Especially front office staff are encouraging. Good running hot and cold water as the geyser located in the room it self. Stayed there for 7 days and I can really say it is a home away from home. I strongly recommend this property in Guwahati to stay. It is very near the Railway station, walk-able distance to ASRTC operated bus service to the Airport, close to the Airport sharing taxi stand, KFC and busy markets.

Good place. A bit old. Well maintained. Staff is courteous. Location is good. Food is average. Due to location may come again. Overall for business trip it is OK. I would recommend this for regular business travel who are looking for economical hotels at convenient location.

It is a good hotel .. They clean it very well and it is in the main center of the town ... There is every facility and also the rooms are good looking .. Waiters did good behavior with us and cleaners too.

2. Bathroom was not so clean. Good was average. Bedsheet has lots of stains looks not cleaned properly. Pillow and pillow cover also not good. Food not so good

When I bookd the hotel MMT shows that executive room with & dinner, amnities with mineral watr, rfrigrtr, sofa, kettle, mini bar etc. But when rechd the hitel manager said that those facilities are not available, I totally confusd, But when shows the recvd mangr said dotingly & dinner arrngd, odr facilits not arrngd, shame MMT, shame

It was a one night stay, firstly they didnt have info of my booking & had to show them, Room linen was pathetic & itchy. Cockroaches in cupboard. Leakage of washbasin pipe. Food was poor have food poisoning. They dont have option for card swiping.
