The room was very clean. The hotel staff was very cooperative. The hotel is right next to the nearest railway station. It is in a very good location. Everything is within easy reach from here. It was a very good experience.

Hotel is good. Only the problem is the steep stairs. Otherwise the hotel is clean, big room, location is nearby station.

The hotel rooms & washroom were clean enough. Staffs behaviour was good and helping. He carried our luggage upstairs and downstairs as well. It is very close to railway station which took around 6-7 minutes by walking to reach railway station. The only drawback was their stairs, they were too narrow. If anybody is coming with many luggages it could be a problem for them and for old age people also as there are no lift. I would request hotel staff if they could provide a lift facility, it will help a lot. Rest all was good.

The property is very neat and clean. The hotel staffs are very cooperative and polite. At such low fare this is th best hotel one can get.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor, so for people who are not able to climb stairs it's not possible to stay. But if you are able to go by stairs it is an amazing stay. Very neat and clean room and bathroom, very helpful and kind staff. The location is only a 5 minute walk from haridwar railway station and also close to mansa devi ropeway and hear ki pauri. Had the best time staying there and will surely come back.

Room was very good, bathroom good, facilities good. Location very quiet, clean, and the owner amit was very helpful, kind and offered great insight into the city and the culture. Overall great place and very good prices.

We reached rishikesh hi hotel madras at 11:00 am and had a very nice reception at hotel madras by the staff there. After a warm reception, we experienced a nice comfortable stay in the hotel. We enjoyed staying there and the morning coffee. Hope to come back again here.
