Room was spacious, well maintained, welcoming attitude from staff. Location is convenient as it is near south railway. But the ac wasn't that good. It was working but couldn't change the temperature. It was at 26 when it was turned on and couldn't change so that we had to be at 26 the whole time. Don't know whether it was the complaint of remote or the ac itself.

My stay at Hotel Feathers feathers was very comfortable, the reception staffs were very well behaved. My room & bathroom was neat and clean. The location is very close to ernakulam south metro station. There are many Hotel Featherss nearby for food.
