The Hotel was overall okay. Location of the Hotel was easily approachable. Staff service was Good. The room was neat and clean.

The location of the Hotel was Good. Food was great. Service was Good. Room was small but clean, all facilities were there.

Not expected from MMT

The room I stayed has not cleaned at all, basin tap was broken, washroom locking system has broken, TV has no cable connection and the service was not good also, which I had never expected from MMT.

Terrible experience staying at hotel feel good

We had booked 2 rooms in "hotel feel good" selecting options for 3 people each but when we arrived the hotel staff said they only have rooms for 2 people (1 double sized bed. However after much arguments, they provided with one thin floor mattress (in this rainy season. Point is, when there is no room for 3 people in this hotel why we were shown this hotel while searching? secondly, the rooms were much dirty and unhygienic with mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches and lizards running all over rooms and bathrooms. Imagine one person sleeping on the floor mattress with these insects running around the rooms. When we complained to hotel staff, they spread hit and said it's normal to have insects in the rooms. The areas around the hotel were very dirty. The behavior of the staffs were also not good. Also, the rooms we have been provided were in the ground floor with no privacy, the reception was just outside our rooms. We didn't expect these issues with hotel having per night rates so high (rs per night per room. We had raised complaint also but with no response. We again raised complaint on 2nd day and we got call the next morning from the mm t executive only to say that they can at-most request the hotelier to cancel booking for the last two days and we will get the proportionate refund within 5 days.
