The manager was rude and impolite. The hotel does not provide facilities as it claims. Only thing that was fine is food. The kitchen staff were good. The hotel does not provide king sized beds or twin beds. Need to adjust with Queen size only. Do not go with what the voucher says after the booking. It is totally the other way round. Choose wisely based on your requirements.

First of all, there is no parking. You have to give your car to them to park in public parking. From inside, rooms are good. Cutlery they provided were dirty. We have to wash them by ourself. Talking about breakfast buffet, they serve you nothing. Butter toast and bhatoore that’s what they offered and the taste and quality was 5 out of 10. Kitchen cleanliness is not good.

Property’s location is very disturbing and inside the society, we facing lots of problems after using Google Maps we have asking Many peoples to find the location of hotel. Coming to the hotel service that is how poor that i can’t explain. I ask to receptionist for towels but they have not provided after many follow-up at the end I have taken shower without using the towel.. Coming to the break-fast I ordered at 8:30am they told me it will take 30 min. After 30 when I call to the pantry they told we are sending in 10 min. But that also not worked. I have taken follow up for my breakfast 4-5 times.. I will never recommend anyone to stay at this property
