I have been to this hotel earlier as well but the quality and service of the hotel has been deteriorated. 1. The AC was leaking in the room, nothing was done even after complaining 2. The bedsheet and pillow had hairs all over seems like it was not cleaned. 3. Amenities like sampoo packet was torn, a used one 4. soloStaff very rude flexible check in was given to me by mmt, but the staff denied. Made several calls to mm t but no resolution. I checked in at 6pm 13/12/24, hence accordingly check out should be 6pm 14/12/24. Hotel staff said would have to pay extra

Overall review of hotel g3 luckno
I stayed for 2 night. Bed is calm and so soft, clean. Washroom is clean and hotel gives you small soap and shampoo. I did t try there food tho they made good cup of tea which refresh me for the day. Its couple friendly too. In my room tv wasn't working. They gave good service to me rest everything is fine

The bathroom was not working properly. Bedsheets were dirty. Overall my experience was very bad in g3.

Ok for staying 1 or 2 days. But you have to ask for itinerary, like soap, towel etc. Tv is install only for name but not working, you cannot access ac remote as per your convenient.

Clean rooms, tasty breakfast.
Hotel was good in terms of cleaning, location and had parking also. But there was no window etc as usual, i think thats ok, why anyone would see outside roads. The best part was food, i tried breakfast and ut was really nice!

Terrible Stay
There were insects and cockroches everywhere. I have changed even room and again in next room the same thing. I didnt even ate the breakfast because of the fact that if the room are full of cockroaches then the kitchen would surely will. My advice to ppl, stay away from here.
