Badaheet was not changed and room was not at all clean and bad was full of hairs. I checked out in just 2 hours of check in.

- They gave me the worst room available. - It seemed like a couple had sex over the bed 10 minutes before on the bed. - the Housekeeping gave me the room without even cleaning the room and changing the bedsheets or pillow covers - The whole bed was full of hair and stains - there was condom in the dustbin. - rats were roaming around freely in the room.

My check in time was 11 AM and I reached late there like 2 PM and they said they don’t have any rooms and denied for room at first . The receptionist was so rude like its their mistake and they are shouting on us. It is just a terrible hotel never go there . They give rooms to other couple on the rate of hours you know what is this hotel could be like .

On 25th we have checked in at around 7:30 PM. We saw the condition of the room and it is completely different from what is in the pictures. We have asked whether we can get a bigger room as we booked looking at the room. They said the room we have provided you is the bigger one among all. Then we saw the condition of the room the pillows were dirty, hair strands all over the bed and finally a bed sheet with stains. We immediately asked him and showed him the condition. He said this is how it is in all rooms. He agreed to change pillows but bed sheet he denied stating we do not have any. It was late already we came outside for dinner and looked for another hotel and booked in person at Hotel Kinara. We came back to GL and took our luggage and came out. We were shifting the night and next day we had coldplay concert and We didn’t had enough time, hence we called today.

Room was not clean..litetally cockroaches were there.. electricity was not stable..poor service.overall bad experience

The bathroom is not clean, and while it has a geyser, it is not functioning. Considering the price, the cleanliness and functionality should meet higher standards.

When i entered the room the beds was not properly done room was so dirty its was so uncomfortable and services was very slow its was so unhygienic m very disappointed with my stay in hotel and do not feel that i received the level of services that i paid for.

I was booked Hotel G L Residency for 19th November , when I reached the hotel in night, I saw that the bedsheet was very dirty, the bathroom was dirty, there was a lot of bad smell from the bathroom, a 15 year old child was sitting at the reception of the hotel. I even complained about this, but he said, I have this room only. In the Hotel they haven't fresh water, I was ready to pay for it but he denied for this. at 2 o'clock in the night at the time of check in, at that time I didn't get solutions.

Room is too small and not clean washroom also not clean.

Dirty hotel no cleaning no working gyzer ac and dirty toilet. Bedsheet is also so shady and bad smelling

It's on 3rd floor without lift. Getting up with luggage is next to impossible. Washroom was not so clean. And too small. Tv not recharged. Small flies were near bed. No food availability. Very noisy out side room all over night. Not fully cleaned before check in the room. Wifi was not working. Although they allow us to check in 1 hour before and this helped us in the hot weather outside. Location is in main market. All food options you find near by area.

Unclean bed, very small bathroom, small room. Lacking basic hygiene and amenities.

This hotel is not at all good, we checked in here last night around 10:30 and need to wait for approx 20 minutes while receptionist is calling to some other guy to check our booking is confirmed or not even while I am showing him my booking on my mobile which I’ve done and I have receipt also for the same. After all this things he provided us room which is not clean and I can’t describe about the bathroom it’s very dirty. Moreover the bed is also making too much noice. We can’t able to sleep properly due to this noise because if we are moving a little bit also it is making some weird noise. Overall it’s really bad experience here.

The location is good enough. It is close to ahmedabad one shopping mall and hyatt where our expo was. Aldo lot of restaurants located very close to the hotel. The hotel offers very small rooms which are ideal only for one person. It is on the third floor of a commercial building without any elevator (lift. It does not have any amenities to offer.
