There is best facilities in hotel room, good cleaning and awesome views in the room and room size is the best. Free water bottle i hotel and good behavior showing hotel boy and hotel reception executive. Thank you so much company for best test facilities for galaxy residence.

Own house feeling. No tension, no worry, good support from hotel and service also. Everything is awesome in 5 time experience and in mine life at Galaxy.

Six floor hotel with spacious rooms. Vegetarian dining. Prompt service.
Actually we had booked room without television and air condition but we were offered deluxe room with air condition and television. Parking was easily available. Room service was good. We liked the hotel and service.

If the food of the Hotel is not good and plus it only offers veg food and if we are ordering non veg food then these people do not even provide plates. How pathetic is it

Room is good. Ac, tv, geyser all is fine. Only no drinking water facilities. You have to buy water bottles. Hotel doesn't provide it.

we checked in late night that is early morning of 3am n requested for late check out at 12pm it was rejected by person who was not qualified to attain the duty of reception he was very young at age and was very rude the other person with rahul was very professional but rahul was very dominating , irritating and was looking uneducated. we had no choice so we stayed at the same hotel and check out at 11am and the same experience we shared with front office manager at the time of check out. this was our experience 🙏
