Location is near to all facilities viz bus stand railway station etc.

Terrible Stay
they are providing a tiny room not clean broken switch board old bedsheet, they are not providing towels, there is no parking also

Ganga lodge situated at prime location. Staff are co-operative. Facilities are good. Hygenic and neat maintainance with affordable charges. Thanks to makemy trip.

Pleasant & comfortable stay @ nagercoil
We have booked the property through make my trip app. We found the property very easily, b'coz it is located in the center of the town. The management of property, treated us very happily. Rooms are very cleaned & hygienic. We are feeling like homely & comfortable in our stay at this hotel. Staff & their services are excellent. It's decent and comfortable stay
The rooms are neat and clean not so budget friendly there are extreme door shutting sound at night don't know why. Overall it's a decent stay.

Bad approach
They did not accommodate me and not refunded the amount eventhough they denied to allot me the room which i booked. Hence i request you to refund the amount i paid thanking you

Room was good but room boy service worst i am not happy at all hotel staffs are asking money

Economy rooms
Economy rooms are quite better than standard rooms. I would recommend to avoid standard rooms and go for economy rooms

Cleanliness
They are running the place for earning money, so nothing is going to change with my comments. I should change to another hotel that is the remedy

Heater is not working
They will provide only one bucket of hot water and also very small room

Location and food
Average the room and sanitation, hygiene. If family members better try with ac rooms
Just for staying for one day is okay. But not well the room sanitation and hygiene. If you're planning to stay with family members go to other best hotel
