the stay was really comfortable. the rooms were neat and clean. the rent was also very reasonable. the hospitality part was also good. the front office assisted us very well, especially the lady at the reception. will definitely look forward to staying again at this property in future thanks 👍

“I really like that the room service is 24/7. The food was fantastic and very fast to arrive. The parking was easy, staff were lovely, rooms were sensational. Bedding very comfortable .

It was a good expwrience at ganges blosom. Just two things want to suggest 1. Kindly check the soap and shampoo in bathrooms. 2. Provide tissue papers and sleepers for the room.

They stay was good, the service was also good but the manager was rude and did not help to adjust few of my family members by providing extra bed. I was ready to pay extra but he started arguing and was very rude. I’m still giving 3 stars because other than that service was good and rooms also

I was booked ( fully paid )in a different hotel ganges hotel but on reaching was told that the entire hotel has been booked for a marriage and asked to go to another far away location. I had a pet who was very tired after such a long journey from delhi but the receptions was rude and curt. Later on insistence was sent to a different hotel and given a filthy room where even the bed sheets were not washed. This is your hotel. There are no images of the filthy and unclean place which even did not have a geyser

On 11th to 13th October 2024, I stayed at Hotel ganges blossom, Haridwar booked. Unfortunately I experienced repeated assurances but unsatisfactory resolutions, leaving me irritated. Every basic amenity required in a hotel room had to be demanded. *Positives:* - Staff were cooperative and courteous. *Negatives:* ● *Room Amenities:* - Bedding not up to the mark. - Bathroom essentials incomplete. - Dirty towels provided. - Bathroom door didn't close properly when vacant. - Non-functional TV. - Extra bed consisted of only a mattress, (However it was promised by Property as well to do the needful but didn't)with an unhygienic and dirty blanket. ●*Complimentary Dinner:* Extremely disappointing quality. It’s showing 4 star hotel but no facilities was provided. They charged extra for breakfast but that also not given. When I asked them for refund same was denied.
