Everything is excellent to say the least. Location is perfect. food is very fresh and tasty. special mention about the coffee in the breakfast buffet. just perfect👍 the staff is very courteous as is the nature of people in Banaras😊 hotel services at restaurant, room service,housekeeping were all very good and helpful. I loved my stay at the Ganges Grand. only the size of the room was small and it had no window or view. the travel desk was also very helpful .

Excellent location. Very near to kashi viswanath temple. They have a good in-house restaurant, where they serve delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Staff are courteous and cooperative.

Rooms were good. But don't book basic category of room instead book next to basic category also the property serves both veg and non veg food. Location is 5star and the staff is very cooperative! kashi temple, market everything is at a hand's distance.

Staff was very welcoming. Near by to all tourist places. Only drawback is 9am-9pm no cabs are allowed around hotel.

Location of Hotel is excellent , if you want to tour only for Banaras (Kashi). Kashi Vishwanath Temple , Ganga Aarti Darshan is at walkable distance. All famous Banaras food joints are at 100 -200 Mtr distance. Staff at hotel are cooperative. Food is delicious.

Property location are near by main aarti, so easily accessable. Foods are really good and tasty, they provided room service also. But slightly costly for middle class family. Room toilet are hygine. One night i stayed with family, enjoyed.

Property is very to the temple and in heart if city were every thing is nearby, you wont have to roam around and check were you will get things as its in market area staff is also good happy to stay here

Hotel gang-es grand is a neat, clean place to stay. The restaurant is good, with limited choice and moderately expensive. The location is good. Rooftop garden is non-existent! the toiletries provided need improvement. The electrical points need checking. More plug points can be added. The bed linen is clean. The spring mattress is a sore point. Room service and other services are excellent.

Hotel gang-es grand’s usp is its location which is very close to the kadhi vishwanath temple and the dashashwamedh ghat. Hotel’s rooms and ambience both are great. Food and service are excellent.

Very good hotel. Situated on godhuliya crossing. Near to shree viswanath temple and dashasamedh ghat. Restaurant is good. Foods are tasty but costly. The behaviour of all the staff is very good. The hotel has car parking and also a travel desk. Overall, very good hotel.

Very good ambience, stafs are well mannered and very much helpful, beside godowlia chawk and walking distance to kashi biswanath temple, dashshamedha ghat and kali bhairab temple, all over its very good hotel to stay in varanasi
