The rooms are spacious, clean , the front view 🪟 gives a perfect view of city it's was a nice experience and the booking done with MMT was value for money

We have booked 3 bed room and you have charged for that, but room lock was not working and hotel was shifted us to 2 bed size ( queen bed ) room and took lot of time to change the room and not returned the extra payment made by us.

Stay was decent and food was good even south indian dishes tasted good. But, the hotel provided cab services from mudra car travels which works for the hotel itself the drivers behaviour is not at all professional. During my journey he went on flirting so many times and using the number that i have reached out to him he started sending messages as i was on a family trip, i bearded him just to not spoil the trio vibe and the cab driver name is kiran. His behaviour is not at all professional. Apart from him the hotel, rooms, food hygiene everythimg is decent

Horrible bed and sofa, very discomfort unable to sleep, terrible bathroom design and water blockage there, stinking all the time. Very bad experience and will never visit here.

Room service is pathetic, no hot water and water is also not coming in taps properly- drop wise water is coming from taps rooms are good and that is the only positive point
