Its very close to mall road. Amazing experience, cooperative staff. Clean rooms and they provide good service. There is no valley or mountain view from room.

The staff is good in behavior and friendly in nature. There are other activities also to do and the hotel is nearest to bus stand its good for walking in distance from bus stand and mall road, and any other palaces.

The best part of hotel is location which is just 20m away from picture place which is one end of mall road. So if you are not travel-ling by your own car, no taxi bus is allowed beyond picture place. Taxi/bus stand is very near and it was not much an effort to reach hotel with luggage. Rooms were very neat & clean and toiletries were provided. Rooms have a sofa-table or chair-table set as well. Didn't tried food at the hotel as there were hell lot of options to eat around hotel. If you are looking for a budget hotel and not fanaticized for a room with view ( as this hotel does not have balcony rooms), this will be a good option to consider specially for its location. Things that can be improved : pillows very foam one which gave me bit of a headache. This can be improved.

It was a good stay at garden reach, the staff was excellent, the service was super nice. The staff even woke up at 2am just to provide me with water. Everything was nice about the stay. Just that the cleanliness could’ve been better. The bedsheets were torn, there were stains on the pillow covers and the bedsheet also.

The hotel is just 20-30m from the picture place which is an advantage as taxi/bus stand is very near and no taxi is allowed beyond the picture place. Rooms are decent from a family perspective. Not to expect too much luxury stuff but the room still is quite comfortable. You can eat at the hotel as well as there are many eating options around the hotel, so there is nothing to worry about.

Heater was available only at extra prices that should be available atleast seeing the weather complimentary instead if not it should be provided with nominal cost but charges were too high

The location of the hotel was good but the facilities of the room were not at all up to the mark. The bathroom basin was broken, the sofa was broken in super deluxe rooms and the rooms were too shabby with no ventilation at all.

The property is in an excellent location and rooms are also good but being a winter visitor they should provide the room heater also, the rooms are very chilly. Food service is also ok. Beware of the room category means what you are booking for and what you are getting.
