Cooperative staff room is good nice bar all staff people are good best thing is that hotel is near from the main market so people can uses public transport auto and cab easily for their purposes

The location is excellent. Every staff member is very very humble and helpful. Food taste is good. And the pricing is also very reasonable. Strongly recommended.

Went to find the hotel as per location shown in the booking page, but it was a bit different. For food, it is quite ok. Room size is quite big and very pleasant to stay. The location is inside the market area so it is ok for shopping.

Current went off, no generator, no emergency light. No water in the wash room. Could not call at reception went to reception by switching on the torch of mobile, found no one, called many times, receptionist said short circuit. Mechanic will come at 9. 00 clock. Since we had to board vande bharat from dehradun station we asked for some emergency light, as we had to pack our luggage, but no help from hotel. We packed our luggage with the help of mobile torch and washed with water from our bottle. No one came to carry our luggage downstairs although the last night the receptionist said they shall arrange everything. It was 6. 15 in the morning. Our train was at 7. 00 a. M. So we managed to leave by ourselves. Lift was not working so we each carried out luggage with one hand and mobile torch with the other hand. When we were climbing the last stair my husband slipped down as the staircase was dark and fractured his right leg. A horrible experience ever had in my life

Rooms were ok. Washrooms could have been better. They need to work on the cleanliness a bit. Power backup is poor (ac won't work if there is power failure) long story short. It's a 2 star hotel so don't expect much. Only the basics have been taken care of.

We were charged for drinking water which has to be free. Ac didn't work properly for 3 nights and even in day time also.

Location is very convenient. Reception staff and other staff are quite polite and ready to serve for all requirements. It's clean and well decorated. Food was good. Though room is small but having basic amenities
