Phones provided inside the rooms to talk to the reception and room service etc wasn't working and i couldn't figure how the taps work in the bathroom to get hot water.

Front manager is very much cooperative. Food is good. Location is proper. Overall good experience.

The hotel infra-structure is ok. But reception staff i found is too slow and inane. Morning breakfast only starts from 8 am whereas in other hotels, it at-least starts from 7 am. When i checked in, the reception staff gave me the room key and asked me to take lift to my allotted room in block-b. When i entered the room, i found that room is occupied, and two twin beds were used. I came back to reception to report the same. Then another person at reception took me to other block-a of the hotel to show me the allotted room. The first person in the reception was totally clueless which one is block-a and which one is block-b! next morning, i checked out around 8 am and had to wait in the reception for more than 10 minutes for the check out process. As my room rent was pre-paid, i needed to pay for my dinner in previous evening. But the reception could not locate my dinner bill! i had to go to restaurant and from there i had literally picked up my dinner pay to reception for payment. Totally unprofessional approach of reception staff of the hotel.

Hotel is good. Rooms are clean and have required facilities. However food is a bit overpriced.

Charge is very high as per accomendation, room space not sufficient, food quality is very poor as per rate.
