The location is beautiful. Food was also fine. A very good place for a vacation. The rooms were clean. Feels like you are staying at a fort.

It was last moment plan, however the stay that we got in gautam is really great. Ambiance is very good. Rooms were very neat and clean. Services were very good. Food were excellent.

Food was delicious. Prime Location. Amenities are good but mentioned car parking not allowed that day. This is not good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Gautam in Lonavala. The picturesque location and the inclusive services provided in the package exceeded my expectations. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to resolve an issue that was my own doing. Most relaxing stay with mesmerising infrastructure and ambience. Very good to visit and spent a weekend at hotel gautam. Very good staff and room service. Some people we have seen made unnecessary scenes visit to this place. hotel is good.
