I had a really great experience of staying at hotel genista inn. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were very polite and helpful. I have nothing to say anything negative about this place. The restaurant ambience is superb. The food is delicious (both veg and non-veg. I especially liked mutton rara. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for staying as well as for dining.

Stayed 2 nights. Good location, room & toilet clean, provided desk, table & chairs. Comfortable for indoor office work. Wifi connection. Staffs are well behaved. Prompt service. Food from zinnia restaurant is very tasty.

As usual the location was good. The hotel is a nice hotel having beautiful rooms. The staff are very cooperative. The hotel inhouse restaurant is quite nice. Varieties of menus are there in breakfast.

The hotel staff is very coordinative and well mannered. Even the security personnel is very professional towards their service, this i observed when i reached the hotel late night. Breakfast buffet and on order table service was wonderful.

Was upgraded to a suite room. Huge room, very well decorated. Housekeeping excellent. I had veg food, it was non spicy home style. Breakfast spread was standard, however, food quality was excellent. I stayed for official work, however, would love to bring my family over.

I was in ranchi with my family for vacation and chose this hotel for our stay. I have to say the hotel rooms, including staff and food everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. You can surely cover your ranchi tour staying at this place. The food was awesome though few items were a bit expensive but the taste is to die for. The hotel staff is very courteous. I will be recommending this hotel for staying if you visit ranchi.

It was a great stay here with family. Staff were welcoming and humble. Multiple options in breakfast was available and suitable for the kids also. Overall good experience and nice stay. Location is good.
