The room is ok, the ventilation is ok, the service is ok, but hygiene is not maintained, the washroom is in bad condition. Cleanliness is a big concern.

Pro's 1. Located 1 km from the nagpur railway junction. The neighborhood is good and feel safe. 2. They provided fresh bedsheet, pillow covers and a towel. Cons 1. Need serious renovation in rooms. The walls were stained. 2. Tv was old and not working. 3. The bathroom was dirty. Need thorough cleaning and renovation. 4. You need to order food from outside the hotel.

Located ideally from station and other important destination. This hotel is okay for a 1 or 2 night stay. First they did not honour the booking done through Makemytrip as the rate shown in booking was lower according to them. Food joints are nearby and hence, would recommend to anyone with intention of stay of 1 or 2 days for work alone.

Many basic facilities not available such as tv, wifi which is not desirable hygiene level is very poor no hot water available in the room

Hotel is very old type. I don’t like bathroom as every where water leaked. Hence not recommending.

Very bad bathroom facilities. I think the water tunki did not clean. Bad smell and leakage and some kind of black thing in water

The stay was terrible; the room was too dusty, the bedding was insufficient, had to wait for more than 30 minutes outside the door for them to make the room.

Behaviour of counter is rough, room very dirty, blanket very dirty, room smell is bad and no support from hotel staff. I think they are not happy with on line customer
