The cleanliness part is top notch and much appreciated, the staff behaviour is very good and polite. The manager is very helpful and supportive. Our bus reach early morning hours so we need to check in at 4:30 am, the staff and the manager both opened the gate and helped us in checking in at 4:30 am. Thanks for that.

Superb staff and very helpful. Location is absolutely wonderful and just 100 m walking distance from panchagani market place.

The location of the Hotel is really good. It is extremely easy to find and it is so close to the market. The staff is cordial and helpful. The Hotel could be a little more maintained in terms of condition of the rooms. Barring that it is a good place to stay.

Sight seen from hotel was very good. Twittering of birds behind jungle gives romantic feeling of the border. Manager of the hotel was also very cordial.

I am very glad that I have chosen a right hotel in the last moment. All credit goes to Make Mytrip because Make Mytrip helps me a lot for choosing a right Hotel. In their sites they have shown correct scale and views of existing customers about that Hotel which helps me a lot. Before reaching to Hotel Gitanjali I am little bit in dilemma that how would be the Hotel and surroundings because I went with my better half and I dont want to spoil our Holiday mood. After reaching Hotel Gitanjali I was very happy by seeing the location of Hotel Gitanjali and their Hospitality and allotted room. Room was very neat and food also very nice. Hotel Gitanjali is located in peace area and nearby Market which is very good for the travelers for Shopping and food. Everything you will find nearby Hotel. I have enjoyed my Holiday how I have planned, thanks to Make Mytrip and Hotel Gitanjali. I definitely recommend staying in Hotel Gitanjali.

Hotel is located at a very prime location of Road. Friendly, Helpful and very courteous Staff. Situated exactly opposite to Main Market and Exotic Location nearby. Room was spacious for our family. Specially Long Trees and Awesome weather around hotel Made our Trip much more memorable.

It's a good place to visit specially when you are with your family. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Also it is located in market so all the eatables option are available near by the hotel.

Good option at this price. Staff is helpful and attentive makes you feel at home. Only catch is limited options in menu. Has a small children play area which is an added advantage if being with family. Very close to all major attractions in Panchgani.

It was a good experience and I went with my family to visit the Mahablashar and stayed for one night in the hotel. It was nit and clean the room size was too big also its near by main road so need to search for food and others facility. I will recommended to my others friends also.

It is in the heart area of Panchgani. The infrastructure is old but the rooms are good. Comfortable stay. It is also a family stay hotel. The staff and manager are very cooperative. The room service is very good. The food here is also good we order many times. I have am staying here from last 4years. The rates of the room are not expensive.
