This hotel is very near to both golden temple and jawalinabag. Inf-act the hotel is next to jaliwanabag. The rooms are clean, toilets are well maintained. The ambiance is good and walkable from both the avenues near by. What else you need for a holytrip to amritsar. Great stay !

Smooth checkin

The checkin i had at 555am in the morning was very smooth. Though i was supposed to reach in the night before. I called up the hotel stating i would be late as my train was delayed by more than 6 hours. The team ensured that the checkin was smooth. The location of the hotel was also very very close to the temple. Look forward to visit again !

Its located very near to golden temple. While coming from railway station/airport, cab driver may say no to reach till the location. But walking distance to golden temple. Service needs to be improved. After multiple reminder request was fulfilled or got the order.

1. Location was very good in terms of closeness to golden temple. Walking distance of 200 mtr. 2. No parking space outside hotel. Do not say yes to hotel staff if they tell you to get vehicle inside and parking space would be available. You may get your car banged from all four sides in that narrow lane. Instead, park your car in multi level parking of golden temple and walk with your stuff to the hotel. 3. Rooms on grnd floor are bad in terms of noise. Take room upstairs. No difference in size of room. Instead the room closest to reception is literally very small and layout is bad. 4. Faucet was not working in the washroom. 5. They have an average restaurant but no arrangement for dining space. You have to keep your plates either on bed or in your laps. 6. Tv channels are the worst. Very poor subscription on tv. 7. Wifi is also poor. Network in the area is bad so we thought of relying on wifi. But it was worse. 8. Reception charged us more than what we consumed. We had to literally explain their own job on how to calculate and manage restaurant billing. 9. Linen was not cleaned or fresh. Just a dry clean up done before we were given the rooms. I have given 2 stars only for location.

I stayed for 3 nights. Room was not and sheets were not changed even after informing several times, hot water too was luke warm

Room was ok but room service was poor and more toilet seat was not working properly the while jet water is going down to floor of washroom

No cleaning, only tv with expired subscription, no parking. Bad sheet have the hair on it. There was no option to search for another hotel as was late

I stayed in the hotel with my family. It is a terrible experience. Staffs are rude and unprofessional. They even not clean my room on daily basis. Ac was not working properly, hot water was not available in the morning. Hotel management reluctant to address the issue of guest. No parking facilties. Hotel has no resturant. Not worth to money. Pl don't book this hotel
