On a 31st night i had booked a room and when i reached the location the hotel didn’t even exist. It was a pathetic experience. Completely disappointed by mmt. The hotel contact details are invalid. I don’t know how should i request a refund. There are no links or contacts to request refunds. I have never had such experience. It is a completely fraud. No such hotel exist and i had paid complete amount in advance

I checked in the hotel late in the evening at 9:30 pm, still the room was not ready. They gave me room at 10:30 pm. Bathroom was not clean I need to call them even after that it was not up to the mark. Toilet seat cap was broken from seat. Location is good cabs are easily available. Breakfast quality and quantity is very bad. Property is good but not maintained.
