My stay with gokul villa was good. Location is nice, toy train track is in front of the villa. Hotel staffs are good. The swimming pool was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

This place to stay is superb. Just hot wayer in tap is not there, so if someone who prefer hot water for bath, i will suggest not to book here.

The property is very clean and the staff is very helpful. I visited matheran in the rainy season. In spite of the heavy rainfall, they have maintained the property very clean. Highly recommend.

The stay in the hotel was good. Staff was also good. Tge villa structure gives the open space to roam around withing thevilla. The swimming pool was clean and we enjoyed our stay

Food, amenities & services were very good. But our neighbouring customers were making lot of noice in the midnight after taking hot drinks in the common lobby which was highly disturbing. Management of the hotel should be strict enough to maintain discipline in the property

The hotel location was good, near the matheran railway station. 10 mins walking distance from main market. Room was clean and ambiance was good.

Villa is pretty good. Location is very nice. Toy train track is in front of villa that is very nice i loved the villa and location. Hotel staff is good in nature. But there are no other facilities in the villa like they don’t provide you anything else expect the room. And if you order something throughout them they charge double rates for it. Otherwise room and the location and feel is very nice. We enjoyed it.

The property was good but they offered torn bedsheets and pillow covers. Blanket was dirty, asked them to change and they changed with another dirty blanket. Overall experience was good if we neglect this experience. Restaurant not available with hotel so if we order anything, they get it from market so it might take time. Peaceful experience was there. Discount?

My stay with the gokul villa does not match my expectations. Even after charging such a decent amount they don’t even provided some basic things like water heating catels, this resort also dont have recreational facilities. Overall i am not happy with this and would not recommend anyone.
