It was really good experience. The facilities were also good. Though it is small but the service is quick. If you are planning to stay at surat you should stay in this hotel. Charges are also nominal.

Value for money hotel. Swiggy zomato is available at the given hotel location. Overall a good place to stay.

Property is good to stay, all food restaurants are available at walking stem, location in main road of pal gaam, view from road side rooms is awesome.

The hotel premises is located at meena bazaar shopping complex. Nobody including google maps know meena bazaar is. Thankfully golden city hotel is available on google. The room was extremely small, tv was not working, staff looked like 15-16 year old child labours. Toilet was in worse condition. Floor was slipary thanks to the tiles they have chosen. The hotel have no kitchen and joints available nearby are good for snacks but opened only in 11am to 8pm. Thankfully the room service was good. These little kids were prompt in serving, trying to save the face of the property. Overall, good option only if there is no other option.

Very poor. Its just a guest house. With zero amunities. Staff is very rude. They even dont provide. Glass to drink water. They provide open water in old used rail neer water bottle. As per booking check out time is 11 am. But they checkout at 10 am only. No room service. Very poor. Hate it

Water was not coming, comode was not working, pathetic service levels, fully cigar-ate smell inside the room
