Location is good but there should be some system to get the luggage to the hotel. We had to really request the manager to send some person. He denied first but had to send some one to get the luggage after lot of request. Hygiene is not up to the mark.

Hotel is in the heart of Gangtok. Small Hotel with good and comfortable room. Since Hotel is in the main most, slightly noisy. Rest all is fine.

The Hotel is just on the MG marg. It is the most happening place in Gangtok. So one can have the essence of MG marg just sitting in the reception of the Hotel.

In my opinion, from location, neatness &cleaness, staff services, hotel is excellent. However, size of the rooms including bathroom is not so good.

Located on mg Marg, the Hotel is average. Not anything superior. The restaurant is a bit pricey. Staffs are quite slow to respond.

Food was really bad. Location wise it's the best hotel.

Located exactly on MG Marg. Great location. Food was not satisfactory. Very close to the local taxi stand. Lots of restaurants, lounges, pubs, bars, and cafes are situated on MG Marg so there is no issue for fooding.

This Hotel is located at the heart of MG marg in Gangtok. As you step down from the Hotel whole market is available. Location was excellent. Staff were courteous. Didn't tasted the food so no Idea. Because food was available everywhere just outside the hotel.

The location is excellent and located right at mg Marg but be ready to carry your luggage to the Hotel from drop point which is not much as cars can not ply on mg Marg. The Hotel is neat and clean. Service is slow. Value for money.
