Location is superb for golden temple darshan & entire hotel stuffs are very good & so polite & helpful, I got expected hospitality & promt servive from them, I appreciate their dedications. I stayed comfortably & food is also good & tasty.

Room was good.. Very near to the golden temple of Amritsar. Staff is good and helpful. AC of the room was very good. Food they prepare is also good and tasty. They provide the facility of late check out as well if there is availability.

Everything was good like the service, cleaning, facilities but the actual room was different than the picture was showing on MMT. On MMT it was looking like a 3 star hotel but in actual it was like 1 star. Rest everything was OK.

The location of hotel is great but the maintenance of hotel is not good, laces many major facilities which should be there for the satisfaction of the staier, but service was good and that's it from my side.

Untidy Room and Bathroom

The room and bathroom was untidy, there were cockroaches in the room. After reporting the issue to the manager the mopping and cleaning was done next day. Moreover there is no ventilation in the room which make the ambience foul. There were no restaurant facility, I have asked the service boy to brought some food from outside.

We were shifted to another hotel with the reason that we are sold out. The other hotel was not worth the same price. Our check-in was at 11pm and we didn't have any other option to live. Room was average and so was the services. I will never prefer this location.

Very Pathetic hotel

We booked one deluxe AC room and checked in yesterday 18 March 2017. I was surprised after entering room, AC not working, no geyser, lots of smell, broken room lock. We Bath in other room next morning. We asked the hotel to change my room but they denied. I will tell honestly makemytrip should not host these type of hotels. Regards Gurpreet Singh

Location was good. But service was poor. The room was very small that two persons for which the room was booked can't sleep on the bed and room was also not spacious. The room was booked for two persons and the actual amount was 3000/- for three days and the discount of 1200/- approx paid back. But the room was actually not of worth of Rs 1000/- the room is worth Rs. 600/- per day only so no benefit get actually. I oppose this kind of cheating.

It was a bad experience. Room was very dirty not clean. Bed condition was very bad. There is dust bin in the room not in the bathroom, holes in the blanket, room was stinking. The reception persons don’t know how to speak, they are very rude.

Very bad experience staying at this hotel. Not well furnished room Dirty blanket bed sheets Even they din’t Provide clean towels Only location is near golden temple that is the only positive part. I will never suggest to stay at this hotel. Some staff members are co operative but poor service

Rooms not worth for 1000/-Rs, Service not good, washroom too dark, shower not working, cable TV not working, stayed for two nights no cleaning, bad service, too noises, cigarette smell in the corridor. Overall bad experience.
