The place was infested with cockroaches—they scurried across the floors, walls, and even the furniture, making it impossible to relax. The air conditioner roared like an engine, its deafening noise drowning out conversations and making sleep nearly impossible. To make matters worse, the kitchen services were a disaster. Orders took forever to arrive, meals were often cold or incorrectly prepared, and the staff seemed indifferent to complaints. The overall experience was unbearable, with filthy conditions, constant noise, and terrible food service. It felt like a nightmare, leaving me frustrated and desperate to leave. Never again would I subject myself to such a horrendous environment.

The hotel was disappointing. The food was bland and unimpressive. Rooms were congested, lacked cleanliness, and felt suffocating due to poor ventilation. Staff response was inconsistent—sometimes helpful, sometimes not. Overall, the experience was not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

I am with my family for a North India visit. I have booked this hotel from MakeMyTrip.After reaching the hotel the staff and the manager behaviour was very good. They guided us to the places to visit in Jaipur. My initial booking was for 1 day however after seeing the hospitality and the room I have extended my remaining stay on the same hotel. The room they gave is very clean and proper hygiene maintained. They didn't treat me like a customer rather they treated me like their own family. They food quality in hotel was very good. I would like to thank them for the great stay they offered me in Jaipur.

This is located near to the Jaipur Railway Station as an advantage. Stay would be very average. Do not expect hotel like experience in this property. Staffs are helpful and courteous.
