Vey expensive and overtly costly in return for the services offered. Menu is super expensive, also they never picked my call at reception from room.

Average Stay
The property is off the highway, although on the slip road. The room was good, as shown in the MMT pictures. The toilet was constantly smelling, and there can be no other explanation except that the toilet had faulty or no traps. There was sufficient and safe oarking space inside the premises. The staff was courteous and honest about the fact that the hotel's main business was out of banquets and parties on the ground floor. This property has a dining hall but it was deserted when we stopped over. This hotel is ok foe an overnight halt.

No any soap in soap filler in bathroom food menu in hotel is extra large expensive no any breakfast facility there average stay Property located at highway it’s nice but all the facility like cleaniness hygiene is poor , room service including tv water cattle all are not functioning foods menu it toooooo much expensive…

Have a nice experience while staying no issue the staff behaviour is good. Food is good but I think they need to add more options in breakfast.

Satisfactory room with amazing

businessBasic rooms with basic amenities. Dont expect much. Toiletries are missing and have to be asked for. Plumbing is improper and rooms stinks of paint job.

Good Stay
I was a business traveller. It was a very good stay. The staffs are very polite and cooperative. Location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and cleaned. Food was good breakfast have sufficient items. Only drawback is the bathroom. There was some water leakage in the wash basin. Toiletries should have at-least toothpaste and toothbrush. But overall stay was very good.

Excellent Stay
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is really good. We enjoyed our overnight stay as we were midway from amritsar to delhi. If i ever went back, i would stay here only.

Worth staying if you visit ambala
familyGood clean hotel. The smell across hotel was great. Clean bedding, towels, lift, lobby, etc. Made the experience great. Food was decent. Nothing to complain about. Staff was very cordial. Overall had a comfortable stay!

DELIGHTFUL!
We were looking for a 'pet friendly' hotel for a transit stay close to the Ambala Cantt station and booked "Golden Orchid" a little reluctantly because the Google reviews were really good. To our good fate, we were extremely happy with our stay. Right from the quick and smooth checkin process to the well mannered staff to the clean room to the delectable , lip smacking food, to our stay at "Golden Orchid" was absolutely DELIGHTFUL! To top it all, they even arranged an auto rickshaw for us at an advance notice, so we could reach the Ambala Cantt station at an odd hour in the morning along with our pet. In food, "malai paneer" for starters and "palak kofta" are a must try! 😋 Please note - if you are staying with your pet, do ensure you are carrying their food n food n water bowls n bedding.
