Rooms are clean and restaurant is also nice. Food was awesome. Food quality and quantity was very good. Location is also nice for family. Staff and reception is also kind and helpful. Can't find better then this in kurla west.

Hotel is ideally located close to the international airport. Despite check in/out time being 12 noon, on request it was extended to 3 pm desired by me, which was a great help by the management. The services are very good in this budget hotel, I felt pretty comfortable and homely. Staff was cooperative and surprisingly could understand and speak English as well. The price a which the room was booked, was exactly the same what I had to pay here, No Hidden Charges!Lunch was tasty and economic too. You can have everything that is there in the menu within minutes of your order. Staff arranged a cab for me (meter based payment) when I wanted to leave in just ten minutes after I asked them to do so. It was a satisfying and a pleasant stay in the hotel and I would certainly like to book it again in future.

Ac, tv, geyser stopped working from 23 may 10pm to 24 may 6. 30pm. They couldn’t give me an exact time when it would be sorted out. Staff and food were good.

The best place to stay and nearest to Phoenix market City. No hassle of traffic. Good is fresh and service is good. A makeover of the property will be value addition. I have experienced the difference between extraordinary and below ordinary for the same price. Value for money in Kurla West and offers a discount on food. A decent stay and hospitable staff.

The Hotel has a very good location very near to the Phoenix mall Kurla and close to Station greatly located to go to the Western and Eastern part of Mumbai and near from Airport. Hotel is good clean and good service. Food is also very good. I would certainly appreciate the staff and also recommend the Hotel.

Good hotel to stay if you want a place near BKC. Had a good and friendly staff in a hotel. Average food and good location. No tea kettle in the room for personal use and very small TV.
